You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content does not violate these Terms of Service or any applicable law. Briefelasticity is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinion contained in such content.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Briefelasticity’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination
